Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Purchases will be delivered within 24-72 business hours from the order date.
We ship across South Africa and deliver during standard working hours Monday to Friday: not on Weekends and Public Holidays. Local delivery will take 1-2 business days and Regional delivery will take 3-7 business days. Delivery costs are included in the selling price of the product and shipment only takes place to a street address, not to a P.O.Box address. If no one is present to collect your product after the third attempt of delivery, your product will be returned back to the shipping agents office and it will be your responsibility to collect them. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect shipping address entered upon checkout. Please note that Siréne Lifestyle is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as delivery times vary depending on your package origin and destination.
Regular priced Items purchased on sirenelifestyle.co.za will be accepted for a refund or exchange. You may return a product and qualify for a full refund if you make contact with us within 5 days of receiving the product. Subsequently, the product must be received back in its original form and packaging; it must not be used, altered, or damaged; and should be free of any stains, odours, or distinct smells. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE/MARKED DOWN ITEMS. We require full banking details in order to process the refund and once your return parcel is received, processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Please note that any product exchanges are treated as a new order and thus subject to standard delivery times and costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you qualify for a full refund or product replacement at our expense, which is subject to stock availability. Goods are ONLY classified as damaged if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged during opening and from wear and tear ARE NOT considered faulty

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may ONLY cancel your order if it is prior to shipment. When payment has been made you will be refunded after a 10% reduction for administration costs upon total order cost.
